Everyone we worked with at the Cremation Society of MN was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding, and they made the entire process as easy as possible by explaining everything clearly and taking care of so many of the details. I'm grateful for the compassion and respect they showed my mom and our family during a very difficult time.

Cremation Society took good care of my husbands cremation. It was a difficult time and decision for me but they took care of things and helped me through the process. While picking up his remains, they were lovely and gracious. I appreciated their kindness and help.

I highly recommend cremation society of Minnesota. They are very considerate and caring which helped this difficult time go easier. I am so thankful for every person I worked with. They are really there for you every step of the way! They are a great group of people. Thank you so much!! My mom actually did the prepay and set up with them also. Cremation Society was contacted by the Hospice Provider and were at the house when we were ready. We had our Mom in a room so she did not have to see them care for my deceased father and bring him out of the house. They had to wheel a stretcher past the room we were in, wheeling it on ceramic tile. We honestly could hardly hear them pass by the room. They cared for my Dad so gently and were in/out of the house within 10 minutes. The devoted time spent with Steve at the Brooklyn Center/Park location was very comforting. A very emotional situation is helped immensely by those who don’t even know you or your family but have ingrained in them to be kind and have empathy for what you are doing through so….I highly recommend this company.

When we arrived at The cremation Society to take care of my husband's remains we were greeted by a very nice Gentleman, his name was Steve Timm, he expressed his sympathy of our loss. He was very helpful going over what was going to happen. He was very patient with us, we had many questions for him and he explained everything. He made us feel like my Husband was in very good hands. We were very pleased with how he treated us and felt comfortable with everything. He was such a professional person and needs to be recognized for this. Thank you for making it a great experience for us.

From the first contact to begin the process of cremation for my daughter we were treated with the utmost respect, patience, and compassion. I have used cremation services over the years in both MN and Florida. The Cremation Society of MN has been the best from beginning to end. Even after receiving my daughter's ashes they have stayed in touch to help us navigate life going forward. A sincere than you from our whole family. Julie is now at home in her urn with butterflies and flowers. The old Irish belief is the butterfly is the reflection of the deceased person's soul. I also have ashes in a heart on a bracelet which says: "Your wings were ready. My heart was not." So she is with me wherever I go.

In a difficult time, it was reassuring to be in the hands of the Cremation Society who were so caring, professional, and knowledgeable. They explained everything that needed to be done with the passing of my loved one. Answers my follow up questions with kindness and assured me that all would be taken care of, even if I had never been through this process myself. Honestly, the best experience I could have at one of the most difficult times in my life.
